Terms and Conditions – ep567 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings given below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

• "ep567" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://ep567.click and all services, games and features available through it.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for and/or uses an ep567 account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on ep567 through which games are accessed and transactions are processed.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's ep567 account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free round, referral reward or other non-deposit credit applied to a Player's wallet by ep567.
• "Qualifying Deposit" means a deposit that meets the minimum amount and conditions required to trigger a specific bonus or promotion on ep567.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible ep567 games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Provably Fair" refers to a cryptographic verification system used on certain ep567 games allowing Players to independently confirm the fairness of each round outcome.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and document verification process ep567 requires Players to complete before withdrawals are processed.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ep567. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. ep567 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one account on ep567. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates are subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.

Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering on ep567. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani phone number and payment method details. ep567 is not responsible for failed transactions or restricted access resulting from inaccurate registration information.

Geographic eligibility. ep567 is operated for and directed at players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that using ep567 is permitted in your jurisdiction. ep567 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate outside Pakistan.

3 Account Responsibilities

Security of credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ep567 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ep567 will never ask for your full password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify ep567 support immediately at support@ep567.click.

Device and session security. You are responsible for ensuring that no other person accesses your ep567 account via a shared device. Always log out after a session on a shared or public device. ep567 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to protect their login credentials.

Account accuracy. You must keep your registered contact details current. ep567 sends important notifications – including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations and Terms updates – to the phone number and email address registered on your account. ep567 is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

Account inactivity. An ep567 account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. ep567 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to the wallet balance of inactive accounts after providing advance notice. Players can reactivate an account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Account closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting ep567 support. Any eligible wallet balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to all applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods. ep567 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit on ep567 is Rs 100. Deposits below this amount will not be credited to your wallet. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has been verified under your ep567 account. You cannot withdraw to a payment method in a different name. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section. ep567 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times. ep567 targets the following standard processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay within 20 minutes; Bank IBFT within 30 minutes; Visa/Mastercard within 1–3 business days. These are standard targets and may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Declined deposits. ep567 is not responsible for deposits declined by your bank or payment provider. If a deposit is declined, check with your payment provider before attempting again. Do not attempt multiple rapid deposits for the same transaction amount, as this may trigger fraud screening on your payment account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus conditions. All bonuses and promotional offers on ep567 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between general and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements. Most bonuses credited to your ep567 wallet carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bets placed on certain game types may not count towards wagering requirements – eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.

Bonus expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period will be removed from your wallet without notice. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated.

Refer a Friend programme. The ep567 Refer a Friend reward of Rs 500 per qualified referral is credited as real, withdrawable cash once the referred player makes their qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500. No wagering requirement applies to the referral reward itself. The referred player's Rs 300 welcome bonus is subject to the wagering conditions stated in the Welcome Bonus terms. Abuse of the referral programme – including self-referral, multi-accounting or coordinated deposit-and-withdraw schemes – results in all associated accounts being suspended and rewards forfeited.

Bonus abuse. ep567 monitors betting patterns associated with bonus usage. Patterns that indicate exploitation of bonus terms – such as low-risk hedging across outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure – are considered abuse. ep567 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close accounts in repeat cases.

6 Games and Fair Play

Game availability. ep567 offers a range of games including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Live Casino, Slots, Jackpot Slots and Aviator. Game availability may change without notice. ep567 does not guarantee that any specific game will remain permanently available on the platform.

Provably Fair games. Aviator and certain other games on ep567 use a Provably Fair algorithm. The cryptographic seed values used in each round are disclosed before and after play, allowing players to verify independently that the outcome was not manipulated. Instructions for verification are available within each eligible game's interface.

Live dealer games. Games in the ep567 Live Casino section use physical equipment – real cards, real roulette wheels – operated by professional dealers in audited studios. Live game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. ep567 is not liable for results affected by stream interruption on the player's side; the outcome recorded by the studio server is definitive.

Return to Player (RTP). Slot games on ep567 have published RTP percentages. RTP figures represent the theoretical return over a very large number of rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome in a session. Actual results will vary significantly from the theoretical RTP in any given session.

Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects the integrity of a round, ep567 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' wallets. ep567 will not pay winnings generated by a result arising from a demonstrable malfunction.

Jackpot games. Progressive jackpots on ep567 accumulate in real time from player bets. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. ep567 reserves the right to withhold jackpot payouts pending verification and KYC completion. Jackpot amounts are displayed in PKR at current rates and are paid to the verified wallet of the winning account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ep567 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ep567, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or someone else's personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method to make deposits on your ep567 account.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any game format on ep567 to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system or third-party tool to automate gameplay or circumvent ep567's systems.
• Exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities to generate winnings. Any such winnings are void and the account is subject to suspension.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ep567 to process funds of illegal origin.
• Abusing the Refer a Friend programme through self-referral, coordinated multi-accounting or similar schemes.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ep567 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access ep567's backend systems, APIs or administrative interfaces without authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on ep567 – including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game graphics, software, text, data structures and promotional materials – is the property of ep567 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ep567's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any ep567 content.

The ep567 name, logo and associated brand identifiers may not be used in any context outside the platform without prior written permission from ep567. Unauthorised use of ep567's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

Platform availability. ep567 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures or force majeure events may cause downtime. ep567 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned outages in advance.

Financial losses. Gaming involves risk. ep567 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gameplay on the platform. By registering and playing on ep567, you accept that all gaming outcomes carry inherent uncertainty and that losses are possible.

Third-party services. ep567 uses third-party payment processors, game providers and streaming services. Delays, errors or failures originating from these third-party systems are outside ep567's direct control. ep567 will work with affected parties to resolve issues as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for consequential losses caused by third-party failures.

Cap on liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep567's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ep567's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by ep567's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Privacy and Data

ep567 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on ep567, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ep567 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and regulatory authorities only as required to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of ep567 are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ep567 operates with the intent of full compliance with its operational obligations.

Disputes with ep567. If you have a dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction or these Terms, please contact ep567 support in the first instance. Most disputes are resolved at this stage. ep567 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. ep567 will designate a senior representative to handle escalated disputes.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
